You yourself contributed to this last year with all kinds of hyperventilating over proposals for cuts that looked anything but painful, and that were not cuts at all but just reduced levels of growth.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;The school board should assume that the best they can expect next year is the same funding as this year.  But don't count on even that.
